DRL conversion to Volvo FH4. Year models 2012-2015 have one model on the LED light sources, and year models 2015-2020 have another model.
Available in several different colors: orange, xenon white, warm white, warm white & orange.

All light sources naturally have original connections, which makes installation quick and easy.

Mounting:

  1. Remove the plugs from the original lights.
  2. Loosen the screws holding the old lights in place.
  3. Remove the lamps from the heat sinks.
  4. Clean the surface properly and remove the old cooling paste.
  5. Apply the included cooling paste in a thin, even layer to the heatsink where the new lamp will sit.
  6. Carefully press the new bulb into the cooling paste and screw it into place with the original screw.
  7. Connect the new lights to the existing connections.

NOTE: The light sources are available in 2 different models, depending on the model year of the truck. 2012-2015 is one model and 2015-2020 is another model.
In 2012-2015, the light sources are 4 and 6 diodes on the plates.
In 2015-2020, the light sources 2 and 3 diodes are the plates.
Check how many diodes your light sources have before purchase. If you have any questions or are unsure, please contact us!
