Terms of Purchase
Prices & Payment
All products are shown with prices including VAT. If you prefer to see prices excluding VAT, use the VAT toggle at the top of the website to switch between incl./excl. VAT. At checkout you’ll see the total for your order—VAT, shipping, and any applicable fees.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. We naturally hope you’ll be satisfied, but if anything goes wrong, please contact us right away and we’ll sort it out.
Delivery
Orders for in-stock items placed before 12:00 (CET) are normally dispatched the same day. Stock status—and whether a product is a special-order item—is shown on each product page just above the “Add to cart” button. We always ship as quickly as possible, but please allow for delays during peak periods. Delivery is handled by DHL.
Uncollected Parcels from Pickup Points
If a parcel is not collected, we charge a fee to cover costs incurred (e.g., return shipping and handling). DHL keeps parcels at the pickup point for 7 days before returning them to us.
Exchanges & Returns
14-day open purchase. For exchanges or returns, please contact us first at support@2525.se. The return shipping fee is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we packed the wrong product. Please send items well-packaged and preferably in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount corresponding to any reduction in the item’s value resulting from use, mishandling, or damage compared to its original condition.

Since 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has applied across the EU, replacing Sweden’s former Personal Data Act (PUL). All companies, organisations and public authorities must comply with these rules. The purpose is to strengthen the protection of your personal data. You have the right to know how and why we process the information we hold about you. We only use your data to issue receipts and manage order fulfilment. All information is stored in our e-commerce platform, and you can request your data at any time. We store the following details: name, address, phone number, and email address.
