Powerful LED emitters for lighting the original 40 cm Michelin Man.
This kit includes 2 lamps and mounting accessories for 2x Michelin Men.
Available in several colours, dual colours and also with strobe light. The kit is only available for 24V systems.
Single-colour emitters: Xenon White, Warm White, Amber, Red, Yellow
Each emitter is supplied with a 3-metre cable with the following connections:
Positive (+)
Negative / ground (-)
Dual-colour emitters: Xenon White & Amber
Each emitter is supplied with a 3-metre cable with the following connections:
Negative / ground: brown cable
Positive for Xenon White: white cable
Positive for Amber: green cable
Please note: Both colours should never be active at the same time. Use, for example, a relay to switch between the colours.
Dual-colour emitters with strobe light: Xenon White & Amber + Strobe Light
Each emitter is supplied with a 6-metre cable with M8 connectors, which are connected to the included control unit.
The controller manages both colours and automatically switches them off when the strobe light is activated.
The controller itself has a 3-metre cable with four connections:
Negative / ground: green cable
Positive for Xenon White: white cable
Positive for Amber: yellow cable
Positive for strobe light: brown cable
Installation of emitters in the Michelin Man, see also images:
Remove the bracket already fitted underneath the Michelin Man.
Drill a 20 mm hole in the centre of the three bolts. See drawing in the images.
Fit the black rubber seal over the emitter.
Place the emitter into the drilled hole.
Place the bracket removed in step 1 over the end of the emitter.
Use the included spacers and bolts to secure the bracket properly.
