Position Light LED Kit for Michelin Man

Powerful LED emitters for lighting the original 40 cm Michelin Man.

This kit includes two lamps and mounting accessories for two Michelin Men. Available in several colors, dual-color options, and even with strobe lights. The kit is designed exclusively for 24V systems.

Single-Color Emitters (Xenon White, Warm White, Orange, Red, Yellow):
Each emitter comes with a 3-meter cable featuring the following connections: negative/ground (-), positive (+)

Dual-Color Emitters (Xenon White & Orange):
Each emitter comes with a 3-meter cable featuring the following connections:
Negative/Ground – Brown cable
Positive for Xenon White – White cable
Positive for Orange – Green cable

Note: Both colors should never be active simultaneously. Use, for example, a relay to switch between the colors.

Dual-Color Emitters with Strobe Light (Xenon White & Orange + Strobe):
Each emitter comes with a 6-meter cable with M8 connectors that plug into the included control unit.

The control unit manages both colors and automatically turns them off when the strobe light is activated.

The control unit has a 3-meter cable with four connections:

• Negative/Ground – Green cable

• Positive for Xenon White – White cable

• Positive for Orange – Yellow cable

• Positive for Strobe Light – Brown cable

Mounting the Emitters in the Michelin Man:

(Refer to images for additional guidance.)

1. Remove the bracket already attached to the bottom of the Michelin Man.
2. Drill a 20 mm hole in the center between the three bolts (see drawings under the images).
3. Place the black rubber seal over the emitter.
4. Insert the emitter into the drilled hole.
5. Place the bracket removed in Step 1 over the end of the emitter.
Use the included spacers and bolts to secure the bracket firmly.
