Strands Cruise Light Strobe Controller

The Strands Cruise Light Strobe Controller gives you full control over your vehicle lighting. It allows standard position lights to be used as strobe lights while retaining their normal position light function.

The controller can be connected to up to 6 individual channels, with a maximum output of 30 W per channel. Choose between 12 different flash patterns, including both classic and dynamic/sequential patterns.

With the separate blue wire for Cruise Mode/steady light, you can instantly switch back to a constant light without having to cycle through the flash patterns. This function can, for example, be connected to the vehicle’s position lights.

The controller features six output channels. When using dynamic patterns, it is important to connect the lights in the order in which you want them to flash. Unused wire ends should be insulated to protect against moisture and short circuits.

Connection:

Input wires:

• Red: Positive (+)

• Black: Ground (-)

• Yellow: Flash pattern selection

• Blue: Steady light – connect to +VDC

Output wires – 6 channels:

• Red: Positive (+), max. 30 W per channel

• Black: Ground (-) – does not need to be connected if the light is already grounded

If the lights are already grounded to the vehicle chassis, the controller’s black output wires do not need to be connected.

The robust construction with an IP68 rating provides excellent protection against water and dirt.
