LED Replacement for AEB 590/595 Rotating Beacon Light

Upgrade your AEB 590 & 595 rotating warning beacon with a modern and powerful LED solution.

This compact LED insert replaces the original H1 halogen bulb, providing improved brightness, longer service life and lower energy consumption.

The light source features dual colour, meaning you can choose between two colours or simply use only one colour if preferred.

Each LED insert is equipped with a total of 42 powerful diodes, 21 per colour, producing a strong and even light output.

For dual colour use, we recommend using it together with a clear lens.

Installation:

• Unscrew the lens from the beacon

• Loosen the nut and remove the existing H1 bulb

• Cut the cable that runs through the socket

• Install the LED insert and secure it with the nut

• Remove the top section (3 screws)

• Connect the wires inside the beacon housing

You can either connect directly to the incoming cable or route the wires separately, depending on the installation.

Colour Switching (Dual Colour):
Colour change can be controlled in several ways:

• Via a switch

• With a 2-pole relay

• With a Dual Colour Switch – see recommended accessories

For a simpler setup, the light can also be used with only one colour.

The most convenient solution is a Dual Colour Switch, which automatically changes colour when a signal is received.
