Shipping and delivery terms

For shipping and returns, the following conditions apply, which supplement our general terms and conditions of purchase. In addition to these conditions, the conditions of the forwarder who transports the order in question also apply.

Delivery time

Delivery time is 1 to 5 working days within Sweden.
Deviations may occur, in such cases the customer will be contacted.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs and special shipping conditions appear when you complete your order. In the event of an unreasonable or unexpectedly significant increase in shipping costs, we reserve the right not to complete the order. Under these circumstances, you have the right to have any amount paid refunded.

Returns

In the case of invoked right of withdrawal or complaint, you must always contact us before sending back an item. A returned item must be in unaltered condition. If we return an item whose value has decreased, we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount from the amount that will be refunded. The right to limit the refunded amount also applies to all returns that happen without our knowledge or that involve costs for us.

If a return is to be made at your own expense, we recommend that you send the item insured and registered to avoid the risk of it being damaged or lost during transport. In the case of returns where the customer is responsible for transport, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us in unchanged condition.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for shipping-related problems that are beyond our control or that are due to the actions of the forwarder or shipping company. Our responsibility is limited to what is within our sphere of control and our direct responsibility for transport arises in connection with handing over the goods to the shipping company.
