DRL conversion to Volvo FH5 model year 2021 and up.
Available in several different colors: orange, xenon white, warm white, and only 1 loop in orange.
Fits both LED and halogen headlights.
All light sources naturally have original connections, which makes installation quick and easy.
Mounting:
1. Tilt your cab so the headlights are easily accessible.
2. Remove the plastic cover covering the back of the lamps.
3. Remove the cooling fins from the headlights.
4. Disconnect the connectors from the original light sources.
5. Remove the original light sources from the heatsinks - this can be done with a small screwdriver e.g.
6. Clean the surface thoroughly from the previous cooling paste.
7. Apply the included cooling paste in an even, thin layer to the cooling plates where the new light source is to sit.
8. Press the new light source firmly onto the heatsink.
9. Carefully bend the wings marked with arrows so that they press on the cooling plates.
10. Connect the connector to the light source.
11. Reassemble all parts in place.
